Quick Change (called New Choice on Green Screen and Improv-A-Ganza) is a game in which two or three performers enact a given scene. Another performer, often the host, stands offstage and says "Change" or "New Choice" at various times during the scene. The performer who said the last line must then improvise an alternate line, often more than once, leading to confusion or a punchline under the comedic rule of three.
