Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born 24 January 1967) is an American actor, comedian and voice actor who appeared on the British version of Whose Line?
He was one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MAD TV (with Debra Wilson) and has had an extensive voice acting career on video games, movies and cartoon shows, including Family Guy. He is also recognized for his supporting role as Marvin in the 1994 acclaimed film Pulp Fiction (with Kathy Griffin and Karen Maruyama), where his character is accidentally shot in the face in one of the film's memorable dark comedic segments.
