Musical Film Review is a game in which one performer is a film critic and reviews a film, while the other three act out scenes from the film, as prompted by the critic. The film is chosen from a book with the name of every film ever made. Clive flips through the book, asks the audience when to stop flipping, and reads about the first film he sees which the performers then act out.
