Mircea Monroe (born 11 March 1982) is an American television and film actress and model who was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Her father, who worked for the United Nations, was stationed in the Solomon Islands and Fiji, so Monroe spent most of her early childhood in the South Pacific. After she moved back to the US, she lived in Michigan and Virginia, then in Los Angeles, pursuing a career in acting and writing.

Monroe's first year in Hollywood garnered several breakout roles, and she has worked steadily in film and television ever since. She has guest-starred on shows such as Rules of Engagement, Sons of Anarchy, Without a Trace, Supernatural, Chuck, Franklin and Bash, Men at Work, White Collar, The Mentalist, Anger Management (with Charlie Sheen) and Sullivan & Son.

Monroe's film credits include Cellular, Borderland, Stone & Ed, The Black Waters of Echo Pond, Tekken, The Change-Up, Bloodwork (2012), Magic Mike and Slightly Single in L.A. She currently stars on the shows Hart of Dixie (with Wilson Bethel) and the Matt LeBlanc comedy series Episodes. She previously had recurring roles on the short-lived Fox series Drive as well as the web-series Ghostfacers.
