Emily Bett Rickards (born 24 July 1991) is a Canadian actress. She is best known for her role as Felicity Smoak on Arrow and its spinoff series The Flash, Vixen, and Legends of Tomorrow alongside Katie Cassidy, Candice Patton, and Danielle Panabaker.
